Covid-19 update

At Magic Mobility the safety of our customers, staff, agents and community is vitally important. As an essential service we are fully operation and focussed on building your chairs so that you can remain mobile. At this time it’s important that you continue to liaise with your local agent to understand any changes to their operations or to receive an update on your chair delivery.

Non-direct Magic Mobility customers – if you have ordered your chair from one of our Australian agents please be assured that as an essential service they are operating, with some changes to their usual services and additional health and hygiene protocols. Please keep in contact with them directly for your chair repairs, trials and updates on your chair delivery.

For our international customers, please liaise directly with your local agent to keep up to date on changes to their operations during this time.

Direct Melbourne Magic Mobility customers – for our direct Melbourne customers we have now recommenced in-person trials either at our showroom or in your own home. Our sales staff  are wearing appropriate protective equipment and following strict hygiene practices to ensure your safety. Please be assured that your Magic Mobility wheelchair specialist will continue to contact you personally to provide updates on your chair build progress and to reassure you that your chair is continuing to be built by our factory team.

Additionally we are open for all of your chair repairs and regular maintenance. Please call Magic Mobility reception for bookings on (03) 8791 5600. For customers based in Victoria we encourage you to also contact Chemtronics on 1800 134 732 or Wan and Sung on 0411 268 921 if required.

Melbourne Magic Mobility showroom – we are now accepting walk-ins to our showroom, however if you can call ahead then please do so on (03) 8791 5600. You can also take a look at our wheelchair page or speak to an experienced wheelchair sales specialist via phone if you prefer.

We understand that our customers need products and services to support them during this period. We are currently liaising with our industry body ATSA and local suppliers to develop back-up plans and identify potential supply-chain disruptions and will provide updates if things change.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you require any further information and please stay safe.
