Transporting your wheelchair:

We always encourage our users to consider how they might like to transport their wheelchair when using it before placing an order. Please speak with your dealer and/or vehicle modification company on the options available for transporting your wheelchair in a vehicle.
If you do not want to be “docked” while remaining seated in your wheelchair, appropriate tie downs can be utilised.
If you want to be “docked” while remaining seated in the wheelchair, speak with your dealer on a suitable docking system to suit your selected model. Some of our models can be fitted with a docking pin to lock the wheelchair into an adapted vehicle (fitted with a compatible docking station), and some cannot. In general, wheelchairs with transfer tilt as well as our outdoor models (Extreme X8, XT2 and XT4) cannot be fitted with a docking pin.
