Tackling the supermarket in your powerchair

Visiting the supermarket should be a simple affair – grabbing what you need, browsing as you like, and getting out fast! If you’re in a Magic Mobility powerchair we can show you how to navigate the aisles just like everyone else.

Getting in and out of the shopping centre can be a challenge, but you can make the most of your grocery trip when you navigate the challenges in our Frontier V4 Front Wheel Drive (FWD).

This is the powered wheelchair for those who know what they want from life. The V4 FWD offers a great solution to some of life’s most tricky corners. It’s designed for those who need to get around their homes with ease, are comfortable driving and want to navigate those fresh food aisles.

The V4 offers superior turning circles of 520mm meaning you can change your mind and go back to grab those chocolates. The V4 is seamlessly controlled through a Penny and Giles controller with LCD screen, so you’re gracefully moving around obstacles with the simple movement of a finger.

The pesky pickles are stored on the top shelf, but that’s no problem with the power seat options offered, including a 12” lift. We can provide you with a transfer tilt option too, especially good for those people who can find it difficult to get out of their chair.

Check out this video of the Frontier V4 FWD conquering the supermarket.
