Meet Jem – listening to users to drive more innovations

At Magic Mobility, we recently welcomed Rehabilitation Engineer Jem Laskey to our sales, service and innovation team.

Jem will be working closely with users, prescribing therapists and support teams to tailor mobility solutions to your lifestyle.

She will also play an important role, listening to practical user and therapist feedback so that Magic Mobility can continue to innovate our powerchairs around your needs.

Jem will play an important role as the “middle-woman” between users and their therapists, feeding insights directly back to our engineering team. Her unique knowledge of human physiology combined with engineering aptitude will help ensure that Magic Mobility customers get the right chair and customisations to maximise their freedom and independence.

As Frontier C73 user Ray Jordan says, “it’s important to have the right team around you when choosing a wheelchair”. As Jem listens and learns about users’ needs, she will be passing on these insights to our engineers so that they can continue to drive innovation and improvement that wheelchair users genuinely need.

Watch our video to learn more about Jem and the role she plays supporting users and therapists during the prescription process.

Are you a powerchair prescribing therapist and want to learn more about Magic Mobility chairs and how they can help your clients do more? Contact us today and chat further to Jem.
