The Mo-vis Scoot Control is a great alternative to a traditional attendant joystick, providing a more familiar and intuitive way for attendants to steer a powerchair and operate a range of its basic functions.

The scoot control is compatible with our range of powerchairs, and steers using handlebars similar to the handlebars on a scooter.

Centrally mounted to the rear crossbar of the powerchair, your attendant steers by twisting the handlebars left or right with more or less force to provide proportional steering inputs, with configurable thumb throttles to control speed and acceleration in either forward or reverse.

The scoot control’s LED screen displays the battery charge and speed, while the keypad provides quick access to the chair’s indicators, horn, lights, forward or reverse selection and speed settings. It also allows the attendant to grab control of the wheelchair by overriding the user’s joystick controller (or vice versa) if necessary.
